For other cities, orders are delivered within 7 business days.

Upon delivery, you can inspect the plants and choose to accept or return them with the delivery agent, with a full refund including taxes except for delivery fees. Natural plants cannot be returned after acceptance. You may return pots or accessories within 7 days of the invoice date if they are unused and in their original condition.
