At Nabataty Store, we aim to provide a seamless and exceptional experience for our customers when purchasing plants and their accessories. We strive to clarify all details related to the products displayed on our website to ensure a transparent and informed purchasing decision.

1. Product Description: We are committed to displaying all products with their images and detailed descriptions, keeping in mind that the sizes, shapes, and heights of natural plants may vary slightly from the images.

2. Order Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers have the right to inspect the plants upon receiving their order. They may choose to accept or return them with the delivery representative and receive a full refund, including VAT, excluding delivery charges.

3. Return and Exchange Policy:

   • Customers may return any product (except for natural plants, which cannot be exchanged or returned after receipt) within 7 days of purchase without providing any reason, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging.

   • The paid amount, including VAT, will be refunded, excluding shipping fees, and the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

   • Returns and exchanges apply to all gardening tools, such as scissors, fertilizers, and pots, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.

   • Products cannot be exchanged directly for another product; however, customers can return their purchase and then buy a new item separately.

   • If a paid greeting card is added to the order and a return request is made, the value of the card will be deducted from the refunded amount, as it has been customized and printed according to the customer’s request.

4. Delivery Fees:

   • Free delivery applies to orders of 399 SAR or more within Riyadh city only.

   • Delivery fees are non-refundable for all processed orders.

   • If an order is canceled and free delivery was applied, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

5. Policy Amendments:

   • Nabataty Store reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions as needed by publishing the changes on this page without prior notice to customers.

   • Purchasing any product or service through the website constitutes acceptance of these policies and any future updates.
