We aim to make your experience very simple and pleasant to buy plants and their supplies from Nabataty.

• At Nabataty, we’re always make sure that that all products displayed have a picture, clear description and explanation that satisfies your decision of purchase, of course sizes, shapes and lengths may vary slightly for natural plants.
• When the order arrives to you, you can check the plants and you have the option to accept them or return them with our delivery agent with a refund of what you paid, including tax fees, but excluding delivery fees.
• When you purchase any product from Nabataty by bank transfer, visa or any of the electronic payment methods, you have the right to return the product without giving any reasons within 7 days from the date of purchase and get the amount you paid for this product inclusive of tax except for shipping fees. Amount to the credit card used for payment within 14 working days.
• Any products other than Plants, such as tools, shears, fertilizer and basins, provided can be returned only if in their original condition and packaging, with the exception of natural plants where they cannot be exchanged or returned after receiving them.
• he product cannot be directly exchanged for another product, but you can return your purchase and then buy another product.
